Our beach house has a fabulous Location at Carmel Point, steps from award winning Carmel River Beach.  Bright and Cheery, it has views of water, and mountains from every bedroom.  Wake to sounds of waves and birds.  If it is a warm and misty, enjoy sipping cocktails on the deck.   If the sky is clear orpartly cloudy, you might see a beautiful sunset.  On clear, cool winter nights, marvel at the brilliant stars.  Our guests tell us of their sightings of sea otters, whales, or pelicans flying by. 

This romantic getaway is newly renovated and beautifully decorated.  Updated decor, new bathrooms, beautiful decks are just some of the amenities that await you.

Our house is wonderful for Family vacations, romantic getaways, Reunion of Friends.  The inviting living room and cheerful separate dining room are perfect for relaxing gatherings.    There is a spacious back deck, with a bricked patio garden below that provides a beautiful meditation area. 

Our beach house is fully furnished.  We anticipated your needs and arranged things to for easy access.  There is cable with a high definition television set, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has an electric range, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, a dishwasher and more.

When you are well rested, explore Carmel's elegant shops and art galleries. Try out the world famous restaurants. Test your golf swing at one of the peninsula's world famous golf courses, go to the aquarium, go shopping or just step across the street and relax on the beautiful sandy Carmel River beach.

* Note: Rental rates are for up to 6 occupants in regular beds, and do not include cleaning, utilities and tax.   Security Deposit is required.

Additional Guests:  Up to 2 additional occupants (max 8 total) possible with futon in twin bedroom alcove.   Additional per person charges will apply

Regarding Cancellations: In case of a change of plans, we will refund if the house is rerented. TRAVEL INSURANCE: If there is a chance that cancellation will be required, we highly recommend that travelers get travel insurance in order to mitigate the problems due to a change of plans.
