This magnificent oceanfront home, built on a high cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, is located on the island of Great Guana Cay in the Islands of Abaco in The Bahamas

This home offers lots of deck space to take advantage of the unbeatable views, private steps lead down to the white sand beach below. Great snorkeling 50' feet off of the beach. Home opens to spacious great room, kitchen and six seat dining area. Six surrounding sets of glass sliding doors give you unbeatable views.

Soaring cathedral ceilings and wooden floors add to the charm of this Island Getaway. All the modern conveniences of home, spacious kitchen with flat top electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot and ice maker in freezer portion of refrigerator. Fully stocked with all cookware, and a great selection of inside and patio dishware.

Split plan home features Master suite with a Queen, en-suite bath and ocean view windows. Guest room has a bunk bed with a single on the top and double on the bottom en-suite bath and also offers ocean views. The guest room bath is is also accessible to the living room. Both bathrooms have custom tile showers. Outside gazebo shower is also a great way to refresh yourself after a swim on the ocean beach.

On our walk around decks, you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes or warm afternoon sunshine. Lots of deck space and furniture for lounging or dining alfresco several seating options. If you are a boater our shared dock access is a convenient two minute ride away by golf cart.

On Guana we are like Mayberry, kids are free to roam and it's a peaceful fishing village with quaint cottages, lots of restaurants, gift shops and other island life. We recommend a golf cart rental for the week, our concierge team can also help arrange boat rentals or ferry cards in advance.

Explore the coral shoals 50' off of the beach where you can enjoy shallow water swimming and snorkeling. The tourist district is located a quarter mile away with multiple gift shops, boat rentals, bike rentals, cart rentals and lots of dining options. Or take a day trip to one of the surrounding islands.
